How the clone gets made, and what it costs you.

One session trains it. A calendar you approve steers it. After that it publishes without you.

The three things that make a practice visible are the three things a clinic day leaves no room for.

Being findable. Having proof other people can see. Publishing often enough that the algorithm remembers you exist. None of those are hard. All of them need time you do not have between patients.

So your reputation sits on platforms you do not own, your new patients arrive through a referral source that could dry up in a quarter, and the clinic down the road that is worse at the actual work is the one people find first.

  • Rented attention stops when the card declines

An agency runs ads. The leads arrive while you pay and stop the day you do not. Nothing you paid for stays yours.

  • A production crew sells you a month

One shoot day fills a calendar for four weeks. Then the footage runs out and they book the camera again.

  • Doing it yourself is a second job

Scripting, filming, editing, captioning and scheduling is real work. It is the first thing dropped in a busy week, every week.

How it actually works

Four stages. You are involved in one of them, once.

  1. 01

    One session, ninety minutes

A photographer and a videographer, in a studio or in your clinic. A filmed interview scripted from the questions your patients already ask you. This happens one time.

  2. 02

The clone is trained on you

Your face and your voice, built from that session. Not a stock presenter and not a stand-in. You, in the words you actually used.

  3. 03

    You approve a calendar

Thirty days of scripts arrive before anything is published. Roughly two minutes a script. Nothing goes out that you have not read.

  4. 04

    It publishes without you

25 posts, 12 Reels and 4 carousels a month, edited, captioned and scheduled on your channels. You are never filmed again.

What you pay for again next month

The row that matters is the last one. Everyone in this market sells a month. The difference is what you own when the month ends.

WhoWhat it costsNext month
Patient acquisition agencies$1,500 to $5,000 per month, plus $1,000 to $3,000 in ad spendAnother month of ad spend, or the leads stop
Photo and video production$500 to $3,000+ per shoot, booked again next monthAnother shoot. Another crew day out of your clinic
Social or content teams$1,000 to $8,000 per month, priced by headcountAnother month of hours, and another shoot when the footage runs out
The Visible Doctor$900 to $1,500 per month, founding priceNothing to reshoot. The clone produces the next month from the same session

Market figures are category ranges for what practices are commonly quoted. They are not quotes from any named company.

What happens after you apply

No call until you want one.

  • A person reads it

Not a scoring bot deciding whether you are worth a reply. Every application is read, and you hear back either way.

  • You get a straight answer

If this is wrong for your practice we will say so. A clinic with no website and no reviews has cheaper problems to fix first.

  • If it fits, we book the session

Ninety minutes, once. There are 10 founding places left of 10.

  • The clone build is billed once

$1,000, one time. The monthly fee starts when the first calendar is approved, not before.
